a variety of ways to explore the local flora and fauna. Located just outside
the Kiawah entrance, the Bohicket Marina & Yacht Club provides access to some of the most environmentally pristine waters on the
Atlantic Ocean. The marina offers scenic water tours, private fishing charters,
sailing and a variety of boat and kayak rentals. Also, Kiawah Island Golf
Resort (which is not affiliated with ResortQuest) features a variety of
nature programs at the Night Heron Park Nature Center,
from bird-watching walks to kayaking expeditions. |

The company's popular Charleston-based moonlit "Ghost Tour"
terrorizes and delights with tales of the harbor's colorful history

Enjoy the amazing landscape as the water changes from salt to fresh,
then back to salt again. The ACE (Ashepoo-Combahee-Edisto) basin is
rich with wading birds, wood stork and osprey, and contains the most
important southern Bald Eagle nesting area in the state. From American
alligators sunning along the banks of the upper Edisto, to the Atlantic
bottlenose dolphin slipping through the waters of the lower Edisto,
this is one of the most exciting trips Bohicket Boat Adventure &
Tour Company offers. The 3 1/2-hour guided trip costs $55 per person.
Private ACE Basin Trips
Bohicket Boat also offers the same great trip to the ACE aboard their
25' custom tour boat for groups of up to six passengers. Or, call
for a quote on a private trip aboard our 49-passenger tour boat, the
Pirate's Lady. The 4-hour private trip costs $380, and there is a

barrier islands. En route to the island you'll see dolphin, historic

to spiral conch shells. This island is accessible by water only, so
if you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is a great trip. Cost
is $32 for adults, $24 for children 4-12, and $5 for children under

| The Island Breeze is a 64-foot, air-conditioned passenger vessel
that can carry up to 123 passengers for an Eco-River Tour or Sunset

War village of Rockville. Spot dolphin, osprey, pelicans and more
